For Kigali's restaurants and shops
Urgent deliveries, on time.
Starwingi flies urgent parcels over the traffic, lowers them to the door on a tether, and records proof of every delivery, at a lower cost than a rush trip by road.

The problem
Kigali's restaurants and shops lose sales on urgent deliveries.
Urgent parcels miss their delivery window, arrive unpredictably, and come with no proof of delivery. Every late or lost order costs a sale and a customer's trust.
Missed windows
Urgent orders arrive late or unpredictably.
Traffic, hills and rainy-season roads make arrival times impossible to promise.
No proof
Nobody can show when, or to whom, a parcel was handed over.
Disputes, repeat calls asking where an order is, and lost customer trust.
Costly rush trips
One rider for one small parcel eats the margin.
A dedicated rush trip often costs close to what a small urgent order earns.
Starwingi takes the urgent ones off the road.
The last mile doesn't have to follow the road.
Starwingi connects businesses to autonomous aerial delivery, enabling eligible packages to travel directly through the air instead of following congested roads.
How it works
From order to arrival.
01
Order
A business receives an order.
02
Starwingi
The delivery enters the Starwingi system.
03
Flight
Starwingi determines whether the package is suitable for aerial delivery and prepares the mission.
04
Delivery
The aircraft flies directly toward the destination.
05
Drop
The package is lowered using the delivery mechanism without requiring the aircraft to land.

What we're building
Starwingi is more than an aircraft.
Aircraft
The physical delivery system.
Delivery Intelligence
Routing, eligibility, dispatch and mission management.
Operations
Tracking, fleet management, safety and delivery coordination.

The bigger vision
From one Kigali route to a network across Africa.
We start with urgent deliveries for Kigali's restaurants and shops. Every route we prove becomes part of a network that grows across the city, the country and the continent.
Now
Kigali pilot routes
Restaurants and shops, deliveries up to 10 km from one hub, flown with RCAA approval.
Next
A city network
Several hubs across Kigali, more sectors, and the first routes beyond line of sight.
Then
Across Rwanda
Connecting towns, so a parcel crosses the country in hours instead of a day.
Later
African cities
The same aircraft, software and operating model in other cities facing the same roads.
Possible futures · a larger aircraft for 5 kg parcels, night operations once the daytime record is solid, Starwingi inside the ordering apps people already use, and one operator supervising many aircraft.

Pilot program
Restaurants and shops in Kigali: join the pilot.
We're choosing the first restaurants and shops for our pilot routes. Tell us about your urgent orders, and we'll show you where Starwingi fits: on-time delivery, proof of every handover, and no rush trips by road.

Investors & partners
Back the first route, build the network.
Starwingi is building its first aircraft, R1, for pilot routes with Kigali's restaurants and shops. We're looking for financial, technical and commercial partners to take it from prototype to a city network.
